Building of 30 office suites for professional use with a high quality finish in stone and glass located in Longford in the midlands of Ireland. The 3storey building contains a variety of office suites all individually accessible from a central service core.
Completed in 2007 at a cost of approx. €4m, the structure is a hybrid of loadbearing masonry core with reinforced concrete frame externally supporting precast prestressed concrete floor units. Ground conditions were poor necessitating a bored pile foundation solution.
