This 2,000m2 new build primary care centre utilises loadbearing masonry and reinforced concrete columns and beams combining to maximise efficiently and ease of construction of this three storey healthcare project. The roof structure is of lightweight steel construction. This project is the practice’s first major project under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2013. Site works include roadway, car parking and drainage. A mixture of rainwater harvesting, permeable paving and attenuation are used on the site as SuDS measures.
